I called because an entire side of my cover had come out of the track. I was able to get water off cover and get it rolled back up. By the time they came somehow it had fixed itself. They didnt do anything but I still got charged the service fee. I was ok with that but when I opened it right after they left it was crooked and its been like that since. Now I probably need to call them back but I would have to pay another service fee.

Great customer service!!!! Cover Care is a national (or maybe regional) company that has service techs located in many cities. When I called their local number, they immediately (less than 10 days) scheduled a tech to fix my my pool cover. He did the exact work that was requested. However, I noticed extra work was required to fix my dogging mechanism for my mechanism. I called back and their national technician (Chris) returned my call. We talked about what needed to be done and not only did Chris explain the process, he explained why the part failed in a manner anyone could understand.…

Our pool cover has never closed so smoothly!! Easy to schedule and appointment and they called with a ETA, no one even needed to be home. Toby did a great job. Will recommend to friends and family!!

Cover Care's technician Tyler was excellent!! My cover was not opening or closing properly. After he analyzed the problem, he found the gears were stripping and the rope was fraying due to improper installation 3 years ago. Tyler fixed everything upon my approval and now my cover opens and closes so smoothly when it's it should. Thank you Cover Care for your excellent service.
