I have had pools for over 25 years & have replaced automated covers many times over those years. We recently had a new cover installed at our house in WA. By Cover Care & Phillip our installer was absolutely the Best that I have ever worked with. His attention to detail from showing up on time, to great advice to perfect installation. Cover Care was prompt and offered to replace the 18-year old tired looking cover with a beautiful light blue one at a very reasonable price! Another company quoted me 4 times the price Philip quoted me. The replacement work was excellent!

Phillip arrived on time and began installing our new cover. He was very professional and had our new beautiful cover installed quickly...it worked and looked beautiful!!

Our cover mechanism sheared off 3 screws so we couldn't close it. Cover Care came out to mercer island about 8 days later and their guy solved the issue with 1 hour of labor. Really happy with the service and will call them again next time we have a cover issue.

I was a little bit confused first because I thought cover care would do the electric and concrete work as well. But after I took care that, phill from cover care did a fantastic job putting a new pool cover for my swimming pool in four hours.

I had my property pool cover down for the longest time, so we reached out to Cover Care. They sent out Phillip, which he manage to take care of, repaired, and replaced our damaged items. Phillips is quick, knowledgeable, gets the job done efficiently! Thanks guys!
