Here’s I want to give a big 5-star shoutout to Creative Pools. Their knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out to me. I know it’s their job, but it’s how they go about doing their job that truly makes the difference. They took the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. If you’re looking for a team that’s professional, helpful, and great to work with, I highly recommend Creative Pools.

I cant say enough great things about Creative Pool and its staff. Rodney and Gary REALLY know their stuff. I bougbtbthis house last November and the pool hadnt been used in 13 years. They replaced my liner, installed a new filter and even had a replacement motor for my pool pump. Rodney even found the pumping leak under the skimmer box. I wont be using anyone else but them!

1. Get a flat opening pool price but additional charges for cleaning. 2. Very knowledgeable about what you need to sustain a safe and beautiful pool. 3. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome locally owned business that’s been at the same location for as long as I can remember (30ish years). My parents used this business for 20 years until they moved from the area. Recently the impeller on my Polaris robot booster pump failed and I could not find anyone who had these in stock. I called creative and the lady who answered the phone said she didn’t know much about this but she would have one the guys give me a call when they got in. We've been customers of Creative Pools for over 30 years. Great customer service and always greeted with a smile. Recently had our liner replaced for the second time and we love it!
