I can't say enough about this pool company. I'm not a man of many words and I'll try to keep this brief yet let everyone know what to expect with this company. As you can see they are based out of Irwin and I live in Evans City. There is quite a distance here. Why you ask would I just call someone closer..I have. Had a great experience with my hot tub service. They got back to me fast anytime I reached out, which I really appreciated. What I liked most was the automated updates...they actually let me know when they were on the way, so I wasn’t stuck waiting around wondering. Everything just went smooth from start to finish. Solid service all around. Definitely recommend.

I found Credible Pools on the Raypack website as an authorized service provider for our pool heater. It was early May, peak season for pool openings, and most companies were not even returning my calls. Credible got back to me the same day, got me scheduled in 2 days, and fixed our heater in under 2 hours. The guys who came onsite were prompt, professional, and super helpful. Discovering the professionals at Credible Pool & Spa is the best thing that’s happened to our summers! Spectacular service, incredibly responsive, and our water has never looked better! They take the time to explain any needed chemicals and dosages and they follow up to make sure everything works. We had a heater kick the bucket after 10 years, right before a big party. My pool water turned a highlighter green color and nothing I did worked to change it back. I went and saw Heather and Clay at Credible Pools and they got my pool back to normal within a week. I would highly recommend going to see them! They were very friendly and personable! They spent time with us and walked us through everything we needed to do.
