This is the worst pool company. After their tech drained my pool water into my yard and killed my grass, Jeff the owner got pissed when I complained. He denied it happened even after I told him I watched it and had it on camera. He then said he was quitting despite he was paid for the whole month and still had 2 weeks left to complete. He refused to reply to any of my texts or calls and kept my money. I will have to file a small claims lawsuit against him. He is a Thief. This is weeks later from the incident and he still has not refunded me my money.

If there was a rating over 10 I would give Cryatal Pool Service 100. We been using Crystal Pool service for over 10 years. Mr Kohler always returns phone calls in a timely fashion and takes the time to explain any current or foreseeable trouble. Ben who services our pool does so in a professional manner and keeps our pool looking Crystal Clear. We highly recommend Mr Kohler and Crystal Pools

Crystal Pool Services has given me very reliable, honest services for over 25 years. Jeff Kohler has always responded promptly and very pleasantly to any concern I have ever had. I recommend Crystal Pools 100%. I had my pool resurfaced and I can't say enough about Jeff Kohler (Owner) and his customer service. I was so happy with the finished project! Jeff came by and worked with us all the way. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and on top of all the details regarding the project. It was great to deal with Jeff directly and not have a middle man to contend with. He even accommodated our schedule and came over on a Saturday to give us an estimate! I have been using Crystal Pool Service for the past 20 years - they have always been very customer oriented. They service my pool every week and it sparkles like new. His technicians are very personable and responsive. Two years ago they applied Diamond Brite finish to the pool and the pool looks like new. Their prices are competitive. If I ever have an issue, a call to Jeff Kohler and the problem is resolved. I highly recommend Crystal Pool Service!!

Do not let them recommend you David to clean your pool.He is completely unprofessional.He leaves your gate open and let your dogs out.He broke my pool pump because he got annoyed with it.He bangs on my sliding glass door at 10 AM to wake me up after I've told him not to a dozen times run from the store.If they recommend david you'd be better off filling your pool with dirt and walking away
