We hired Mojave Pools to build our pool, and we had problems at every stage of the process. First, they buried the drainage system, and whenever they break something, they just point to the contract saying they’re not responsible for anything. Then, when we were pouring concrete around the pool, we asked them if we could pour more, and they said yes. But later, they installed the pool heater on top of our concrete — it was technically part of the plan, but it looked awful. They could have easily placed it beside the slab. We just had our pool installed by Custom Mojave Pools; it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. We began the process with them in early February, and by May 10th, our beautiful pool was finished. They are very professional and made the process very easy! Their work is beautiful! Derio (project manager) was readily available and answered all of our questions!

We met with 2 other pool local pool companies before hiring Custom Mojave Pool. They truly are a custom pool company, our designer Allen was very professional and listened to our ideas and came up with a unique design that is exactly what we wanted! The other company just provided us with cookie cutter plans and zero interest in what we had to say. The entire process was professional and was completed weeks ahead of schedule. We had an awesome experience with Mojave Pool’s whole personnel. What was in contract was exactly what we received. This company was always on time for every commitment that was promised to me. Kylie assisted with making the pool process smooth and timely. She gave me what we are lacking in many businesses, which is “excellent customer service”. Jessica’s one time visit gave me so much knowledge on how to care for our pool investment. She was kind and professional, as well as all her staff. Awesome people to work with. We had had a few quotes on pools before calling them ! And a friend who had just got a pool done had told my husband to call them they are great people and family run! When we called we were able to get someone out her right away to quote us on our pool! We knew exactly what we wanted so it made the whole initial meet go fast! We wanted to start right away and Mojave made that happen! From the day of the digging from the last day was amazing! Joey was there for the dig and pretty much everything else.
