Jay was excellent to work with, from design to completion. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Jay was able to walk us through design options. Throughout the process Jay would give us his recommendations based on years of experience in the business, what is best in Lubbock, and our personal needs. There were some slow times during the build process, but we were kept up to date, and unfortunately it is the times we are in with supply and demand. His team did an excellent job teaching us the equipment and how to care for the pool - this was out first gunite pool. I would highly recommend…

Jay and his crew have done an outstanding job on our pool. From the moment we started planning Jay was so knowledgeable and down to earth about all of our pool expectations. He never tried to sell us more than we needed. Our pool came together very quickly and we were super impressed with how it turned out. Any time we have needed help or had a question he has immediately gotten back to us. I would hands down use Jay again and never think twice about recommending him!!!

Jay and his team have been nothing short of amazing! Always answers when you call and answers any questions you may have. Promised me a pool by summer and we are swimming in March! Entire crew has been courteous throughout the process. Can't say enough good about this company!!

Jay / Custom Pools built us a great pool! Jay came up with upgrades/ideas that we hadn't thought of but that worked well for our future needs. He was responsive to all of our calls, even through some unforeseen hiccups, he made sure everything was taken care of for us. Even after the pool was complete, he has answered any question we've had. We appreciate the quality pool he and his team built.
