I’ve worked with them a few times before, but my recent experience was disappointing. Last week, I called to schedule a pool cleaning and was given a Thursday appointment. Around noon that day, I followed up to confirm the time, and they told me they needed to reschedule to Friday due to Easter and prioritizing their regular clients. While I understood the situation, I would have appreciated a call in advance to inform me. Unfortunately, on Friday, they neither showed up nor contacted me to provide any update. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to retile my pool and was told the job would take just two days. That was over two weeks ago. They ran out of tile and promised to return the following Monday—no call, no show. When we followed up, they said Thursday. Thursday came, and still nothing. We’ve now been waiting over 7 days with no communication unless we call first. Today, we were told the tile was “delivered to the wrong address,” and they still can’t give us a date to return. We Love our pool that David Pool & Spa built ! Lance and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and delivered a quality pool. After three years we are still very PLEASED with our salt water Fiberglass pool ! I did my research and Lance answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations!

If I could give zero stars I would! They say 5-7 weeks to complete and it’s been almost 5 months and our slide doesn’t work, plumbing not done. Was included in our package and they want to charge us for it but not complete it. Excuse after excuse why it’s not done. Used google maps instead of actually measuring the property causing a misplacement of pool and messing up our backyard plans. Told us pool drains would be in one area and they ended up changing placement without asking us so we have pool drainage in our gazebo area with drainage running down the middle of our sitting area. Installed almost 3 years ago and did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up any and all messes. Also repaired fence pole and concrete. We have since used them for a few warranty claims and they always get it taken care of. Mitchell even came by during the freeze when we were out of town to get my freeze protection working great. We would recommend them and have recommended them. If you’re in the market for a fiberglass pool do not hesitate to use them.

They did a good job, but we had to ask them to come back and clean up and they didn’t do a very good job. Office staff is extremely unprofessional and owner is unresponsive. Ultimately, would not use again.
