Not even worthy of one star! Worst service I have ever experienced. Sarah refused to call me back after several attempts to reach her. I spent over $5,000 and the end result does NOT look anything like a $5,000 job. Half of the plants did not survive the first winter. They gave me a credit to replace. The replacement plants have a fungus. I tried to work it out with Gill, the General Manager, he was extremely rude. I was okay with spending a premium because I thought I would get excellent service and quality products. Just because you spend more money doesn't mean anything. I will never step f…

Recommend.... a fixture n plymouth that is easy to find , just off Highway 55 since I’ve been alive. Good selection, staff are professional, and quality plants. The only bummer, some of the shrubs are expensive compared to some. I tried to negotiate ( request a discount ) better price for a full landscape project 25+ shrubs and they wouldn’t agree to a volume discount.. mot willing to bend 10-15% on a $1500 order which I believe is reasonable. We had Dundee Nursery create a landscaping plan for our backyard. Sarah Lloyd‘s designs were amazing. She gave us several options to choose from and she worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Her expert opinion was greatly valued. Our backyard looks like a park and all of our neighbors appreciate it too. Sarah was here before, during, and after the project. We used Dundee Landscaping in 2023 to not only design a pleasant landscape for our new home, but also to deal with problem areas in our property that caused lawn mowing and other issues around the property to be troublesome. We worked with Sarah Lloyd, who walked around with us as we described the issues we wanted addressed, and she came up with a wonderful design to deal with all of them. The original design plan was very nice but excessive. When we asked the designer to remove several items her attitude towards us changed ( not for the better). We specifically asked for deer/rabbit proof plants. After the first winter, the 6 coneflowers were non existent. Of the 4 rose bushes, one was completely dead and the other 3 had literally 1 branch each that was “still green”. The guy that came to do the plant check said nothing about rabbit damage ( he barely said anything and was actually rude). I first contacted Dundee in February of 2025 to make sure I could get our boulevard tree replaced that had been dead in the center since planted by our HOA in 2020. I had a visit from a landscaper and we cemented a plan by late April. I was given the wrong date for the plantings, so was on the golf course when notified that the workers were at my home, and I had no hoses out. I got home in time to turn on the outside faucets, and assist in watering the new plantings.
