After years of trial and error with "big box store" chemicals, I found this gem of a store! Its a simple drive to get my water tested and always ends up resolving my water issues with a single trip! The staff has always been welcoming and knowledgeable and top tier overall! Thank you guys and gals of Poolwerx!
Joe and Laura at Poolwerx in Elk River were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided great insight on proper pool maintenance and upkeep. We bought our carvin above ground pool here a couple summers ago- We’ve had multiple things happen over the last two years, mostly operator error. The console for my pool vacuum broke, they replaced It under warranty the same day- And today- after going I yesterday to buy a patch kit, which they explained in detail, and gave my granddaughter a little beach ball which made her day, I went back because I couldn’t make my Filter canister stop leaking . We talked it through and after a second I was sent home with a new rubber gasket for my canister, which fixed the problem, only after the staff …
Joe at Pool Werx is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I bought a hot tub from Joe in 2024. I only go to him for my chemicals and hot tub questions now. He makes owning a hot tub easy for this single gal. Thanks, Joe!

Guys are top notch. Steady stream of water samples coming in and they didn't sweat it! Very knowledgeable and great to work with. I use Baquacil in my pool and they understand it as much as chlorine based pools!!
