After being burned by several other pool companies we were nervous about trying yet another and we have not been disappointed. The team at R&R have been excellent. They are knowledgeable and highly professional. Our pool is now crystal clear and in perfect working order. Out tech is super reliable and fully understands our automation system and equipment, which others have failed at. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Ryan helped me in an emergency situation yesterday , when the pool company who built my pool earlier this year refused to come out and help. He returned my call within 5 minutes, confirmed it was an emergency and was at my house an hour later. He totally saved the day and I couldn’t be happier to find a company that actually wants to help and is pleasant to deal with .

Natalie and Ryan, Thank you so much for servicing our pool, diagnosing the issues, fixing the valves and getting the system up and running. Ryan also fixed our pool heater that no one else was able to get running. Calling your company and having Ryan come out saved us so much time. I cannot thank you enough. Ryan is very knowledgeable on clarity and overall chemical balance of the pool water. He understands all the options available and helps you decide what is best for your pool and lifestyle. He takes time to explain anything you have questions about and is very responsive. Ryan and Natalie are great!

We’ve been using R&R for pool maintenance & cleaning for a couple of years. Ryan & his team do a great job and are knowledgeable, responsive & professional. So much better that the last firm we had.

Can’t get a hold of anyone so let’s see if this review gets their attention. Haven’t had “service” since 6/22. Called, emailed, texted and no response. Originally spoke to Zach to set it all up but now they’ve gone dark. Just another unreliable and unresponsive pool company in the Denver area. Add it to the list.

Ryan conned me into the Pentair Intellichem. I think I like the Pentair product but it requires 15 or more Gallon drums of Acid Magic and Dixichlor. He's has never been easy to get ahold of ever. But when I needed these chemicals for a system he sold me on he has completely ghosted me. He just wanted to sell the system not to help maintain it. Absolutely horrible service do not recommend these guys at all. Stay clear. If he's done this to you also let me know I will gladly help you get the chemicals needed for your Intellichem.
