Where can I begin, I cannot praise Derek enough! He is knowledgeable, a true expert in pool installation. How rare it is to hire someone that does exactly what he promises, and does it when he tells you he will. He is professional and truly takes pride in his work. If you want someone who is dependable, knowledgeable and acts in a professional manner, call Elite Pools. I called on a Wednesday because the person that was supposed to do some work for me on my pool didn’t show up. The gentleman said he would try his best to come out Friday. Thursday afternoon he called me and said he finished a job early and could fit me in. They came and not only did the job we discussed over the telephone, but he put a part on for me at no extra charge. The price was perfect! Thank you Elite Pools!

Elite Pools did an absolutely amazing job! Derrick & his team created my very own personal backyard vacation retreat & I absolutely love it! Everything turned out even better than I imagined. It's beyond beautiful. Im super happy & excited for this summer! In the middle of the project we asked if we could add a concrete slab to connect the pool to my patio, and Derrick made it happen with no problem. I couldn’t be happier with the service Elite Pools has provided over the years. My pool was built in 2021, and Derrick guided me through the entire process from start to finish. The pool and stamped concrete were completed on time and without any issues. Since then, whenever I’ve needed general pool maintenance, Derrick has been quick to respond, helping troubleshoot and fix any concerns. Elite Pools has consistently delivered excellent service, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project.

An amazing job with my liner replacement and great price compared to multiple other competitors in the area. My wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism and the timeframe in which we ordered the liner to the day of replacement.

Derek came out incredibly quickly to help look for a pool leak. Turned out needed a whole new liner. He and his team replaced the liner quickly, identified additional repairs that needed done, replaced the diving board. Highly recommend.
