I used Everclear Pool Services in Lake Havasu for 1.5 years. After a technician change, problems started. Twice the chlorinator lid/gasket was installed wrong, causing flooding. I complained by email—no response. Recently, they left the chlorinator off for over 4 weeks. The pool turned green and smelled like fish. I fixed it myself over the weekend. Their manager Michael later blamed plant material and quoted $300 to clean the filter and lower phosphorus. They refused to cover their mistake. I canceled service. Poor company that doesn't stand behind its work. Do not recommend.

I had my grandkids here from Iowa to swim for the winter and my pool’s heater went out. Alex was more than helpful. He even used FaceTime to try to get it up and running and got a tech to us right away. Got it fixed and the kids enjoyed their vacation. Alex did a great job.

We have used EverClear Pool Service for about a decade now. They service our pool at our residence and our rental with a full time tenant as well. They have proved to be reliable and professional. They service our pool weekly and take chemical readings so we know when it is time to drain the water. They also do the pool drain, any equipment repairs including filter cleaning. We have been very happy with Don and his team. I am forever grateful to Don who "goes beyond the waterline" and also picked up our wagon wheels at the swap meet on his day off. Thanks Don!

Everclear has been servicing my pool for seven years they are always professional and anytime I need something fixed they go above and beyond. The staff in the office are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable pool company😊

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My wife and I had a serious issue with our pool pump, I called them, and originally spoke with Josh who was very nice on the phone, I was then put in touch with Alex, and I dealt with Alex from there A lot of companies won’t work on pools like ours because the equipment is older, but EverClear Pool Service said no problem. We were originally told there was no way they could have someone there before Monday because our problem required a more experienced person, I explained that we were under a time crunch because of our work schedules and us…

On March 16 We went to the store and Schedule work to be done on March 30th no one showed up so called them and they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. Very poor service
