Fagan Pool Service is the Best! I love the staff and how they keep everything very professional. Before, my pool was a dark green and I didn't think I would ever see it this clear again. Fagan's staff is incredible, they made sure my pool was back up and running just in time for the summer. Awesome!
Greetings. I wanted to let you know that I've had another pool company look at my pool and they have CONFIRMED that Wilder NEVER put any chemicals in my pool and never checked the system. That's why my pool is yellowing and in the state it is in. I have complained to you all on all occasions and you NEVER tried to correct the problem. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and giving you a negative e review on every platform available. I demand my money back from you all. I will also seek any legal remedies available if necessary if this matter is not handled promptly.
Slow. The guy dont know how to back wash. They never put any chemicals in the pool and water turned yellow after he left. The guy dont know how to properly clean a pool. The guy just simply lazy and didnt care of owners request. Never calling Fagan again.
Pool looks great all the time and they’re office personnel is very easy to work with over the phone! Brannon always seems to go above and beyond to keep the pool looking great!
Not reliable., cuts corners, and take advantage if you have no knowledge regarding your pool.Said he was going to do my pool and never responded back. I had used this contracted One time before however filled my pool replaced my water but never did my back wash and my pool turn green within 2 hours. He said he would send someone to fix never did. He also never put any chemicals in the pool. Within one week my pool was back to swamp i had to hire another company double money.
Sneaky, slow and unreliable.
This company is awesome. My pool has never looked so good.
