We had our inground salt water pool installed and in 2 weeks I managed to turn it green lol (I have no idea what I’m doing)…The gentleman who installed my pool highly recommend Family pool Maintenance, So I gave them a call & they came out the next day and had it Crystal clear before the night was over. Mark & his guys make it so easy & fun to have a pool. They do everything all I have to do is enjoy it! They open my pool, close it & keep it clean weekly. They are a wonderful company & I truly don’t know what I would do without them. I highly recommend this company.

This was our first year using family pool maintenance. I want to start off by saying our experience started off great. I forget the name of the tech who came out to open our pool. He did a wonderful job and actually our pool that we've had for 9 years was actually opened up very quickly and was clear faster than ever before. We were very happy with the service. The tech did stated that we probably would need liner lock which we knew we would need. Per the companies contract you have to pay up front to get on their schedule which we did. (5/5/26) We were supposed to have somebody come out today…

can’t say enough good things about the service we received from David. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. It never felt rushed, and that really stood out. What impressed me most was how detail-oriented he is. He didn’t just do a quick clean—he made sure every part of the pool was properly maintained. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you’re looking for someone reliable, and easy to work with, I highly recommend him.

Had our liner replaced on a not-so-standard shaped pool. Job was completed and looks great. They also repaired my heat pump and were up and running. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will be using their services in the future

I can’t say enough about Family Pool Service. They are experts who service large community pools and small ones like mine. Whether you need opening/closing, regular service, or equipment replacement, they are professional and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for your pool and spa needs.

Family Pool Maintenance is absolutely incredible. From the very first day Kristen was extremely welcoming, informing and helpful. My wife and I are time pool owners. She assigned to us Cameron and they transformed our pool and brought it back to life. The black pool ( before) the amazing blue pool ( after). I recommend FPM hands down!
