I’ve had very bad experiences with pool companies in the past, especially the last one I worked with, so I was honestly hesitant to trust another. However, from the moment I spoke with Famous Pools, I noticed a clear difference in their customer service. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel at ease. You can tell they value transparency and professionalism, which is so hard to find these days. I finally feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

Famous Pools did an amazing job of installing a new variable speed pump. They were professional from the very first call and showed up on time. They even did extra work at no charge! Looking forward to a wonderful pool season. Thank you Famous Pools!

I have had the best experience with Famous Pools! I tried other pool services prior to finding them and had so many issues. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch to Famous Pools! They are great at communicating and responding. Tyler is on top of it, anytime I have a question or concern and they proactively advise me of any potential upcoming maintenance. They take such good care of my pool, which allows me to enjoy it, hassle free. Highly recommend!!

Famous Pools is awesome! We use Tyler and his team for our pool services, and they are great. They know their stuff, are very professional, communicate well, reliable, and go above and beyond at times. For example, we left the house for a few days, and Tyler helped water some of our plants with no hesitation. You can't go wrong with them, and I highly recommend Tyler and his team.

Amazing response time and attentive to concerns with flexible scheduling. I would have loved for them to look at my pool, but my situation was somewhat complex on my side with (my honest mistake). Strongly recommend to reach out to this family owned business!
