After several quotes for pool remodeling, we chose Florida Plastering & Pool Remodeling. Julio, the owner personally came to our home to give us estimate. Our remodeling included pool and deck. Julio was very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining the whole renovation process, as compared to other pool contractors. During the pool renovation we worked with Gabriel (project manager). Florida Pool Plastering was not the lowest bid I got but they seemed to be by far the most competent. They sent in professional teams to chip out the old finish, a truck load of rubble! Another team added a new heater, salt cell and moved the equipment to a pad that used to be for a generator that I removed. Then another team came in to plaster. It only took a week to do. The worst part was waiting a month for the gorgeous Pebbletec finish to cure and water to be balanced before we could swim!

An amazing outfit from start to finish. We built a bench with an umbrella holder with them and finish with a pebble tec finish. Julio and team communicate well through the entire process and offer a streamlined project. Most importantly, these guys know exactly what they are doing. Truly a professional within the industry this project was done right the first time and to the nines. Would and will recommend them any chance I get.

This was the third project I attempted with Florida Plastering and Pool Remodeling, and it will absolutely be the last. My first project with them was at my home (about two years ago) was genuinely spectacular—I left a glowing review at the time praising their work and professionalism. Sadly, it appears the company has changed ownership since then, and Ivan—the reliable contact I dealt with originally—is no longer there. Everything has gone sharply downhill.
