Cockroach infested. Property needs alot of maintenance. Garages are filthy and they charge you monthly. No trash cans so prople leave their trash everywhere. Maintenance is hit or miss. Laundry room is always dirty. Sadya the property manager is "nice" but not very professional. Emails are not answered. Selective about replying...
Lived here back in 2020 and what everyone says is true about the roaches bed bugs and rats. We had 2 huge rats living under the kitchen cabinet. Made multiple complaints and nothing was ever done I had to take matters into my own hands. Bed bugs as well. My car had gotten broken into as well while I lived here. And management still had the audacity to charge me 700 dollars when I moved out. I should’ve sued them for the inhabitable apartment . Please avoid at all costs.
Worst place to live, this place is full of rats, roaches and bedbugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They lure you in with the new paint and cheap appliances. The appliances breaks down every month, had to contact management multiple time with no resolution. If you’re looking to give yourself a lot of stress and headaches, this would be the place.
Live here at your own risk! Roaches and Bed bugs galore. The apartment complex is dirty and management refuses to do anything about it. Neighbors do not respect parking garages, and they are always left open.
Rats and roach infested building! They will paint over the walls and cabinets but this place needs to be covered with a tent. Rent is too expensive to see roaches everyday and have rats chewing threw your window and making nest under your kitchen cabinets. management refuses to do anything or communicate. I feel so conned after giving my deposit and seeing these disgusting animals everywhere! Do not move here trust me find another complex
