We have had our pool for 40 plus years. During that time we have used several different pool companies. We engaged Goudy last year to close out. When they finished opening the pool on April 7 it was beautiful. The best opening in 40 plus years! The photo is what the pool looked like at 11:00AM the next morning.

I am so glad we found Goudy! Our pool is 24 years old and had issue after issue. Had it re-plastered by a different company with disastrous results the following year. Brought in Goudy who tried to fix the issues, calcium build up, bad pipes etc. Finally decided to rehab the whole thing and Goudy did a wonderful job. We love the color, Cadet Blue, so beautiful! It looks great, we are thrilled to hang out at the pool again! Our pool is a work in progress, having been closed due to foreclosure for over 10 years. Goudy was the second company we used as the first company was mot to our satisfaction. They advised us throughout the summer and in the fall measured for a new cover and winterization. They opened the pool today, and it was seamless. We are very pleased with their communication and work and will continue as their customer going forward.

I reached out to Goudy Pools on June 5th about an inoperable Jandy heater and potential coping work. I was told it would be a couple of weeks to get on the schedule, so I completed all the links they sent and even called on June 9th to confirm everything was received. On June 10th, I received a text from Mike asking a few basic questions about pump flow and the DE filter, but no follow‑up and no scheduling ever occurred. Then nothing for nearly two weeks.
