Highly recommended. It took me over a year to write this review because I wanted to be assertive and fair, and without any doubt I am confident to recommend Gramar pool service for you backyard project. Luis and his team were very professional with a friendly touch. The job was clean, timely fashion and efficient. One year and a half later the equipment is running smoothly, no fail and I an enjoying my backyard.

It was a pleasure working with Luis, the owner. He was always extremely responsive and honest and always willing to work with me. Our project was complicated and we ran into many issues along the way, but working with Luis made it manageable and less stressful and in the end the Pool turned out amazing. We love it!!

I cannot give Gramar enough stars for the job that they did at my home. They turned my back yard into an oasis. From the first communication with Luis there was professionalism , knowledge and willingness to do everything possible to ensure our complete happiness and satisfaction. Messages were consistently answered immediately, changes were promptly made to our specifications when asked, and there were zero hidden fees or charges. The contract was followed to a T. I recommend them without hesitation. I had a problem, and Luis is always available, answers calls, and resolves issues even months later. Excellent company. Luis Martinez and Juan Carlos always answer calls and keep you informed. Highly recommended.
