BIG shoutout to Randy and his crew. We were scheduled to have our liner replaced but when they took the old one out they found the wall was split in two places. The guys were so great in coordinating the installation of a new pool and Randy was so great to work with on the price. I wouldn’t go with anyone for my pool work. Thanks Greenwood Pool and Spa.

We've been customers for over 30 years, always get personalized and great service. Everyone has been helpful in all aspects - testting water, getting pool chemicals, recommending supplies, making repairs, changing out pool equipemnt (pumps, heaters, salt generator, etc). Response times have been quick, work has held up over the years.

Update: we have contacted them throughout the yes with help and questions. Every time they give us detailed information and help with products to maintain our pool. We go no where else for advice or purchases. Highly recommend! They are so knowledgeable. We bought an above ground pool from Greenwood. We had no idea what we were doing but decided to install ourselves. They gave us information on how to install ourselves. They were so helpful. Every time we had a question they helped. I made a phone call to the store about our leaking hot tub and Sylvia took care of the rest. The guys showed up and fixed the leak and everything went well. They explained what the problem was and were very informative.

The people in the store and those who came and set our hot tub up knew lots and delivered just as expected. So refreshing to have super nice people deliver just as they said they would! Highly recommend the people and we love the hot tub!!!
