Outstanding repair service! Steve came over to look at my sta rite heater and was able to repair a leak on it for me. He provided me with a relatively small window for my appointment so I wouldn't be waiting all day and actually arrived early! He presented me with all possible options for fixing my heater's declining performance and was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and there was no upselling. I will absolutely be using H20 for all future pool repairs and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for repairs or service.

They have always been on time and communicated any issues with the pool equipment when needed. They do a great job keeping my pool looking great and I have never had any issues with them cleaning the pool. They are always there when they say they will be. They are responsive to any questions and always seemed honest. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve did a great job communicating and installing the new heater control panel. He even took photos for us, as our home warranty company denied coverage for an alleged rodent infestation which Steve said was not there (and the photos prove it). Also the cost was very reasonable, as the majority of the bill was parts.

I had let my pool go since I had a serious medical issue last summer...so it was basically a pond. Steve and crew came out and within 48 hours I have a sparkling blue pool again! Thank you. Highly recommend H2O pool service
