Have to leave this even though we are mid-work with Haven pools. Shout out and kudos to Matt the manager and emily from service/maintenance. Their response time and communication skills are phenomenal! The whole company is so methodical and diligent in providing excellent customer support and service. We had a hiccup (our fault) and Matt and Emily were so quick to take care of it. Every dollar spent with them has been worth it. Thank you Haven Pools! Other companies should follow their model of customer service. It’s beyond exceptional! Thank you

We have been customers of Haven pools for 16 years. They installed our pool in 2010 and have serviced it regularly each year since then . Craig Haven and his team have provided professional, exemplary service from day one. They are courteous, efficient, prompt and have always provided the highest quality service, installation of new parts, maintenance and repairs. They are transparent with pricing and have consistently stood behind their work. I would recommend Haven Pools without reservation to anyone looking for the highest quality pool installation and service.

New to owning a pool and moved in to the area and a large Gunnite pool. Haven were so responsive to our constant questions and really helped us understand the process. Someone always showed up on schedule and kept our pool spotless. I have such sensitive skin and to feel this comfortable swimming has been a game changer !
