HHI Builders is the real deal! 6 contractors met with us, but only 2 followed up with proposals. Steve provided a detailed proposal and worked with us until we were completely happy. Our renovation included a full kitchen, full bathroom, partial bath, front entry, and lots of interior painting. HHI met our budget and timeline, and kept us informed throughout the project. The team is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of making the many selections needed. We’re thrilled with the results!

HHI builders did excellent work. They showed up on time every day and completed the work on schedule. Communications were very good. Issues and deviations from plan were clearly explained beforehand. Charlie (owner) stopped in almost every day to review progress. Pricing seemed somewhat high but we did not get competitive bids so not sure.

Bingo! I won! My renovation is stunning. A visit to my house now includes a walk through my new primary bedroom, walk-in closet, primary bathroom, mudroom closet, and a nod to additional improvements throughout the house. Everyone agrees that the project is a winner. I considered 4 different contractors and had just about given up on doing this renovation when Dalton walked in the door. HHI Builders did a phenomenal job remodeling three bathrooms in our home. We also had to repipe our entire home, and they managed it beautifully. I appreciated the care they took to protect our floors and personal belongings throughout the project and to respectfully work around us as we were living in the home during construction. From start to finish, communication has been clear with daily progress reports and pictures. As a realtor here in the Lowcountry, relationships are everything I found HHI Builders to be one of the best around. I not only use them at my house, but I refer them to many of my clients. Their remodels are impeccable. Their job sites are always clean and tidy, even after they leave often times you have contractors that say they will be there on Tuesday and they don’t show up until the following Wednesday HHI Builders was timely accurate incredibly updated through their system with pictures and notes of everyday progress. We used HHI Builders for a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room remodeling. They were fabulous during all stages of the job. The completed rooms are even better than what we had envisioned. Dalton and Danielle were available at all times to answer questions and give suggestions. Perhaps the best testimonial is that we are having them complete another job for us in 2026.
