Terrible experience. This company wasted an enormous amount of our time and caused major delays with zero accountability. We were led to believe our project was moving forward, had multiple conversations, and were repeatedly told things were “in progress.” Months went by with no finalized contract, no clear bid, and constant reassurances that everything was being worked on. Meanwhile, we were effectively strung along and discouraged from seeking another contractor. Months of wasted time with no finalized contract, no clear bid, and constant delays. Ultimately backed out after prioritizing other projects, leaving us set back significantly. Poor communication and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience with this company. We had a meeting with them and they took on our project and said they would start in April 2024. Had us going out and pick out our products which we did. Then got contacted end of February that they would need to push out the project to August due to them getting other contracts signed ahead of ours. Yet we still had no contract and no bid. The whole time they were telling me they were working getting our contract pulled together. Then today 04/09/24 was notified by the man we were working with that they won larger projects and backed out of our project …

From the initial meeting I felt comfortable with Hight. They were straight forward, professional and completed the job on time and on budget. I will be using their services again soon.
