This pool company has been fantastic to work with. The team is always friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable about pool care and equipment. I am confused, I hear good things about this company from a project they did for my neighbor a decade ago and really wanted to use them. Filled out the contact us form back before spring break this year - nothing. This last week I called and the only thing I could get was a generic service voice mail box. No call back still. Guess they don't like customers/money/business? Message received.

I’ve never closed a pool and was wanting it done properly so I reached out to these guys. I asked the guy for a quote prior to them coming out, gave me the price for the pool cover and the water tubes I was needing which came out to $310 but told me he “couldn’t give me a price because he wasn’t sure the amount of work it entailed”. They brought out 3 techs to do the job, 2 of which were there for 1.5 hours, and the third was there for 2 hours. The rates they charged were apparently discounted 30% according to whomever I talked to and they were still gut wrenchingly obnoxious: Tech 1 Peter- $1…

I won’t get into the details, but my life turned upside down in July. I didn’t know how to care for my above ground pool. My choices were to take it down or find someone to help. I didn’t want to take it down. After calling a few places, I finally got a response from Doug at Indian Summer Pool. He stepped up to the plate and got my pool up and running. While I wasn't able to use the pool this year, my guests were able to enjoy it. Virgil has been awesome. He’s so helpful. If he doesn’t know something, he’s texting Doug on-site for info. Thanks guys! You’re the best.

I spoke to a very nice man who helped me over the phone with my pool and was super nice! Even gave me a number to follow up with him the next day before we get in the pool!
