I’ve used Ivan for at least 3 years now and he has provided excellent service for maintenance and repairs. I’ve had my pool where I live for over 40 years and Ivan and iPools have been the best service out of all of them. If I have a question or problem I can text him and get an immediate response. Mike is my technician and he’s great. When many of our local roads were closed and rain was pouring down, Mike made it through and serviced my pool. After trying two or three pool services in 2002, both large and small, we found iPools and have been thrilled with them ever since. iPools truly provides full-service pool care for the cost of pool cleaning, and they care about each pool at least as much as we the owners do. I wholeheartedly recommend iPools.

My experience with iPools was 5 stars. I reached out to inquire about building a pool in my backyard and for hiring a new pool service company for my mom's home. Within 10 minutes of messaging them on Yelp, Ivan Flores, the owner of the company reached out to me and we set up an appointment for the following day. We had a pool built about 8 years ago. The builder hooked us up with a pool maintenance company who sent us a young man. It wasn't a great experience. We found Ivan and have never looked back. He is amazingly responsive by text or email, knowledgeable, and responsible. I have never had a pool before, and I did not realize how complex pool chemistry is, nor how many things can go wrong with your pump, chlorinator, vacuum, etc. Every time something comes up, Ivan earns his keep with his ability to address it right away and to communicate clearly. Ivan and his team are spectacular. They have gone above and beyond in so many ways. Helping out during emergencies, explaining the systems so we could fix minor problems ourselves and most importantly honest feedback regarding repairs / timelines.
