A couple of things, that are noticeable about the contractor (J Z Design & Build Inc) * They assess the work in detail and keep the client aware of the risks. * Provide valuable alternate (options) for hurdles in the progress of the project. The owner and the crew are accommodating. Recommended!

Hired 'em for my 1962 built house with almost Flat Roof Raise project. Very honest, Sincere, on time, Courteous, under budget, highly committed & Intelligent General Contractor and his team. Got me a Structural Engineer to draw plans and got my Roof Raise plans Approved from City of Rancho Palos Verdes. They performed demolition of my existing Flat Roof, installed new Framing, Insulation, Water proofing, New Shingle Roof, New Sky Light, new Electrical, New Plumbing, retrofit my Garage to have a New Attic. Great GC and his team. Always goes an extra mile to get the Job done. Highly Recommended…

I had numerous contractors and builders quoted my property,I was given outrageous quotes and timeline to complete. J Z came in with courteous “ I can help you” attitude. He went an extra mile and approached city officials about my property expectations and came back with very affordable price quote,time line and team of professionals. I would definitely use him for my future projects. He is guy you can count on and get your work done with peace of mind.

Javad from JZ Design is a go getter and helped managed the Ground up construction of our 14 units Apartment bldg 2017-2019. He helped us with executing the Excavation, Grading, Foundation, Framing Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing trades and getting inspections passed along with Elevator vendor selection and managing the installation. We would hire him again for our next project.
