I spoke with Jeff over the phone, he was so helpful and had me at ease scheduling a service appointment with him. He was early, reliable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. This is a top quality family business! I recommend Jeff and Diana's Pool service to anyone in the Yorba Linda area that needs good company to take care of your pool. We purchased a new home and the saltwater pool had started to turn green. I called based on the strong google reviews and Jeff answered the phone. My Hayward 400 Heater stopped working. I was thinking going to be a very expensive repair. Called Jeff and he was over the next morning and just said it was "dirty" and he cleaned and got it working for quite a reasonable price. Honest and straightforward, not trying to overcharge. Would definitely use them for any future pool problems.

Jeff showed up on time. He examined my equipment. Turns out that my attempt at repairing it the day before worked after all! Jeff refused my efforts to pay him for the service call. Definitely will contact him for future service.
