Jeff's Pool and Spa was very professional, fair, but most importantly, honest. We had no idea why our hot tub was not working, and another company may have directed us to replace circuit board. Because of their experience and knowledge, they were able to simply disconnect the lights, and we are good to go! A repair, within the hour service call, and no parts fee! What a beautiful Christmas gift to us! Thank you, I highly recommend them. We have already hired them for our pool opening, that's how impressed I was with them.

Called Jeff on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend because pool pump/motor needed replaced. Had called probably 15-20 different places throughout the week trying to get service. Nobody could/would fit us in or they weren't "taking new customers." Jeff actually answered the phone, returned calls, did trouble-shooting with my husband over the phone, and was willing to fit us in at the end of his already busy day! Definitely recommend!

Jeff pool and spa was recommended to me by my home warranty company. From the get go the guy Lacks any customer service experience. He kept giving us the runaround and delaying delaying the job until Christmas came about gave us a story that the pump was stolen in front of his property. I told him that was OK But if he’s telling the truth he should have no problem give us proof that the part was stolen he never did. So I contacted the warranty company told them this guy is a fraud a liar and dishonest and I don’t want him near my house and you Shouldn’t too. Think twice before hiring this guy…

Jeff has serviced my spa twice in the past. Both times he showed up days after he initially told me he would. When I needed another repair and scheduled an appointment, Jeff never showed up. After a week of not seeing him, I called to find out where he was. He never answered his phone and never resonded to three voicemail messages left for him. If you are looking for a reliable repair man who shows up on time, this is not the business to call.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Jeff’s pool and spa. They came all the way up to Springfield to service and fix our older spa. They had us up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely recommend using them for any spa or pool needs. It’s hard to find a good local business like this

They came out, found 7 pinhole leaks and patched them. We're there about an hour. Haven't seen the water going down since. Very friendly
