It was Such a Struggle finding a Reputable Company that installs Round Pool Covers. Jim and his Team were The Best! Always arrived on time for the Service we needed. They were all Very Professional, Proficient in their Knowledge of Measuring pool for Cover! Respectful toward us and our property. The whole process was Seamless from Quote, Measurements and Installation!! Would Definitely Recommend Jim’s Pools to Anyone! Jim, Crystal, Billy and others were so kind as we went through this Install. Very Happy with the Results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jim and his team stepped in for us mid-summer last year when our pool liner had a leak beyond patching, which unfortunately was a hidden issue of the house just purchased that the previous owner was so gracious not to share or disclose. Jim’s Pools #1 goal was to get our family back in the pool that summer and they were 100% successful in making that happen. Jim and Billy were great and incredibly fast. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. All other pool companies had openings 4 months out, but Jim took care of us as soon as possible and did an amazing job.
We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Jim and his team to replace our worn liner on our inground pool. From start to finish, we were very pleased. Jim was an excellent communicator and made the process enjoyable. His commitment to excellence was demonstrated at each step of the way. He was patient with us while we hemmed and hawed about which liner to select and gave us advice along the way. To top it all off, he was able to get it installed much sooner than expected. Was really hoping to use this place as it came recommended by our pool cleaners. Reached out to get a quote on replacing our pool’s liner. Somebody finally came out to look at the pool and said Jim would be in touch that day to discuss the quote. After a week I reached out and was given excuses then another couple weeks passed with zero communication. Don’t bother using this place, it’s now been five weeks and still no quote.
My pool pump went out days before the 4th of July.. Made a phone call to Jim and his team , he had his guys out the very next day for me and fixed on the spot ! Grateful for them and their integrity means alot.. Thank You! Heather

They are horrible company that won't, cant even get a campground pool cleaned never show up like they said they would its taken 3 weeks still not cleaned as of 6-10-26
