We were very pleased with the experience we had with JT Customer pools. Jim, the project manager, did a wonderful job of keeping us updated on each step and was quick to respond when we needed to communicate with any questions or concerns. The different work crews were amazing and very professional. Loved watching how they worked together to complete the various stages of our pool. I’d totally recommend JT Pools!

We had a fantastic experience with JT Pools. Our sales/service point of contact was Emmanuel. He couldn’t have been more professional. He had lots of knowledge and helped design the Oasis of our backyard. The whole process was seamless, smooth, high quality and professional. This company was recommended by a couple of different friend groups, and I would absolutely recommend JT’s Pools to anyone. Thank you so much for making our dream a reality. JT’s Custom Pools recently completed a new inground pool install for us and we could not be more pleased with the overall experience. We actually consulted with several companies before we made our decision, and we were very impressed with their overall professionalism and willingness to work with us to design a pool that fit our needs. My husband & I have built, renovated & replaced 4 pools & will soon be embarking on removing & rebuilding our 5th pool with Jim & JT Pools. Our experience with Jim & JT was so good we are doing it again. We met Jim Morfessis about 4 years ago in our hunt for the best pool builder in the area. Jim is so knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and kind. I never had to micro-manage. I never had to check on anything. This review is long overdue. That said, if you are considering building a custom pool, just stop looking. This is your builder. Contact Kristin Cultrera for a free design session and see your ideas come to life. We got exactly what we envisioned, a clean simple pool with a sun shelf, picture screen in cage, full patio replacement and top of the line pool equipment with automation and remote phone control. We had another company cleaning our pool and they only spent 5 minutes cleaning and the pool was begging to look dingy. We found out JT’s installed the pool so we switched to them; and we are EXTREMELY glad we did!! Our pool looks so much clearer now!! Plus they used an actual pool vac instead of just dropping a tube n the water and pushing it around with the net stick. The Tech is super friendly and polite. Even our guests that used the home commented in his friendliness. Thank You for your professionalism and quality of work!!

I’m genuinely disappointed that things didn’t work out with this company because I had high hopes going into the process. Unfortunately, the way the design and sales process is handled was not a good fit for us. We began reaching out over a month before closing on our new home because we wanted to have everything planned and finalized so construction could begin shortly after we moved in.
