TERRIBLE. DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY HIRE HIM. Just like other reviews here, this company was hired by my Old Republic home warranty. Bob was quick to come diagnose our problem and collect the trade call fee. 1. After that initial visit, his communication was terrible - He would not answer calls and would text back days later. It was so hard to set up any appointments and he clearly preferred to come on days that we weren't home. 2. We were assigned to them via our home warranty. The technician shows up to have a look at our heater, which does not heat anymore. Upon opening the unit, he immediately says you got a rodent problem, you need a new heater. We cannot repair. His tone and attitude without even looking any further was suspicious to me. I asked what can you do to at least prevent this from happening if I would buy a new $4,000 heater. He said there is nothing you can do. He left to let me think it over. The company was assigned to me by my home warranty insurance. I tried to call them several times and they never answered my call. After speaking to the home warranty company they finally could talk to them and they told them they called me which they never did. After a couple of days finally I talked to someone and they scheduled an appointment which they never showed up, tried to contact them but no response. Called the insurance company and they contact them, they said they never schedule an appointment!. They are unprofessional and kept lying to justify themselves.

My warranty company hired them, I called them, they called back, they said they won't be able to service us, I call back ask they when can they try to come out! They said the won't come out because they can't do my service at all! They I call my warranty company they are lying to them that they are coming out here Tuesday, Now why would you have work done on your house when you won't be home!

Bob was very informative about how we were to save money on electric bill with upgraded pump. Also he gave us some tips on how to keep pool water level set it and forget it.
