I made an appointment; I canceled it the day before via phone message and email; they came anyway. The tech (Chad) came and left without contacting me. Then the office called and falsely claimed my impeller was broken, I needed a brand new pump and my sand filter needed new sand. ($2000+) Instead, I called a local handy man. He found and unclogged a pipe ($75) Now, everything is running great. I don’t know whether this company is shady or just incompetent. I won’t be calling them again.

Land Shark is responsible for maintaining our community pool. Since opening 5 days ago, it's been cleaned and maintained only one day. The opening day it was barely usable. They need to do better. Edit: I have called and left the location and the problems. Once our pool is consistently maintained, I'll happily update my review. Edit: I've changed my review and added stars. Landshark failed to communicate known access issues and instead chose to forcibly enter the pool maintenance closet without authorization. Following numerous complaints about pool cleanliness, we made multiple attempts to address concerns with their team. Unfortunately, they consistently refused to provide estimated arrival times, failed to maintain the required service documentation necessary for regulatory compliance, and abruptly terminated the agreement after business hours—accompanied by an invoice for services that were not rendered. Our community hired landshark to maintain our pool. After less than one month of sub par service, a constantly dirty pool, and frustrated community members, they informed us they would no longer be "taking care of our pool" and took the chemicals from our pool closet. Very unimpressed

Hired land shark to install and maintain my pool last year. Pool is 24x50 and they finished install in less than 4 months. Very impressed with their communication and their ability to stay on schedule. We have lots of teenage boys in the pool constantly and Kevin keeps the water crystal clear.

Just wanted to thank the employee from Landshark pools for going out of their way to retrieve a ring I lost from the pools filter system. Was certain I’d never see it again. Thank you!!!

I own an HOA management company. Landshark does the work for my HOAs. They have been great. Would recommend!
