Last winter our shoreline experienced significant ice heaving and we enlisted Joe and his "LakeshoreGuys" to rebuild it. He advertises his guys as the hardest working, meticulous lakeshore guys out there and we were not disappointed. From the moment his team of Ron, Gary, Mike and others arrived until they left each day, sometimes late into the evening, they made it clear they wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. I had a long-term relationship with Landscape Guys/Palumbo services. I had a Sport Court installed in my backyard by a company (now out of business and I could see why) and they really messed up my yard and existing landscaping. I researched companies who could come out and correct the issues and had good references on Joe Palumbo and Landscape guys. Excellent work and customer service! Joe was able to fit us in right away and was SUPER accommodating. We appreciated his timely responsiveness and helpful explanations from quote to completion. We had some landscaping that needed to be removed and though it was a smaller project for Joe and his crew, it was a big deal to us. Everyone was friendly and professional and our yard looks wonderful now! The finished product clearly shows this team takes a great deal of pride in their work and attention to detail. We are so happy we decided to use Palumbo Landscaping and would highly recommend them!

Palumbo Landscaping did a fantastic job on my front yard makeover. Joe had great ideas and suggestions and with his experience created a beautiful yard. We met to discuss my needs and he more than surpassed my expectations. He paid attention to detail that I would never thought of. Joe and his crew had great customer service, they were very professional, polite and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up when finished and took care of everything. We love Joe Palumbo and his entire crew! They did a fantastic job in our backyard. We have been wanting to redo our fence and landscape for years, looking for the right people. Joe is very accommodating and gave us the best estimate. The guys are very professional, hard working and went above and beyond for us. In the past, we’ve had other people worked in our yard who managed to destroy a portion of our lawn when bring in their equipment. Joe and his guys were fantabulous! Not only did they remove an ice dam for us this week (causing a major leak in our kitchen) but only a few months ago, Ron and the crew completed a large landscaping project for us. We just can’t say enough good things about Joe, his guys, and his company. They not only landscaped our yard beautifully, but they showed up the same day we called them to remove our ice dams. After contacting Joe, he promptly replied that due to his schedule, he would not be able to get to my landscaping project. However, BEFORE his reply, he reached out to a fellow landscaper to see if this would be something he could do, with his contact information. (John Capetz, with John's ProCare, which I was able to schedule). If I could give 10 stars to Joe for going above and beyond customer service, I would, and he never saw or stepped foot in my yard!
