We were exceptionally pleased with both the service and quality of the work Landscape Orleans did at our house. I reached out with an online inquiry and Chris called me back promptly and scheduled a home visit shortly thereafter. His response time (and the fact that he responded at all!) put him ahead of other companies. He was willing to thoroughly walk through a list of projects we envisioned and provide a detailed quote for the work. The prices were fair and approachable. The quality of work, instructions shared, and follow-up after the project was complete were all excellent.

Chris is super responsive, easy to work with, and has amazing attention to detail. His enthusiasm is infectious, and the process of planning our new garden with him was really fun. He is budget conscious and coached us on what he thought would look best in our garden based on plants we told him we liked. He updated us with invoices after each payment so we could stay on track and was on time for the initial consultation and the date he planned to install our new garden. Chris and his team did an excellent job of installing a stone landscape border using stones that I had on hand. This is especially commendable since another landscaper who services two high-end neighbors didn't want to do the job. Chris confidently said he could do the work I wanted, and he said that I could approve this process as he went along. I have received several compliments from my neighbors who have remarked that it looks as if the border has always been there. I highly recommend Landscape Orleans without reservation.
