If I could give Billiot Pools on Lapalco a hundred stars, I would. The service, the knowledge and the kindness of the owners are beyond comparable. I would highly recommend utilizing their services. If your like me and don’t have a pool guy, all you need to do is bring a sample of your pool water, they analyze it for free, then tell you what chemicals you need and how to apply them. Prices are the sane if not lower than the big box stores. They also do repairs on pool robots for great prices and give you the straight truth if it’s worth repairing or buying a new one. I was ripped off by Leslie Pools down the street and was referred over by a Marine Corps friend of mine. The knowledge and customer service was amazing. There chemicals were amazingly effective and they worked with the $1500 of chemicals that I had already purchased from Lesile Pools. Who told me that my chemicals from Sam's and Walmart was the cause of all my problems. You can't put value on honestly and integrity which what you get at Billot Pools.

Mr. Bobby was extremely helpful as he guided us through our second pool purchase. He is polite, gathers information in a timely matter and is always prompt on returning calls. He does what he says that he will do, never disappoints his customers. If every business was run like his, success would be immediate! We will never shop any of our pool or spa necessities elsewhere! I'm a long time customer (25 plus years). I have been dealing with Mr Bobby for all of the (25 plus years) and have gotten to know him well and proud to call him a friend. He has taken care of my pools all these years (on my second one). Bobby is a kind and very knowledgeable guy with many years of pool experience. In the early days of my pool owning years I visited other pool shops and was very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and visit Billiot Pools and Spas. You won't regret it.
