The renovation project was completed professionally, and within the timeframe promised. North Shore Pool, is by no means an inexpensive company, but you do get what you pay for! Their post project follow up care and service was also much appreciated. I’d recommend them to others looking for quality work and attention to detail.

Highly recommend this company! Our condo had contacted several local contractors, the northshore estimate was the most reasonable, and they already had an efficient process for working on our difficult street. There were issues with historical repairs and materials (our brick was being reused), ground level, etc. Northshore quickly analyzed the situation, best options, and took action in creative and professional ways. Keith and his staff at North Shore Pool were beyond amazing and unbelievably professional throughout the entire pool construction process. My situation was especially complex considering our build was under a strict timeline considering we were attempting to expedite construction based on a move from out of state, move-in date of our new home, the birth of our son, and all before the change of season. We had a great experience with Keith and Hudson at Northshore Pools. They kept us well informed during the whole process. If Hudson missed my call he called back within minutes. From dig day to swimming in our pool was just about 5 weeks. We love how it turned out and cannot wait to enjoy it more next year! I would highly recommend Northshore pools! Amazing experience! From design to completion - very detailed oriented , fair, and professional. We were able to swim in 5 weeks! Pool was completed in 4- and no detail was overlooked! The 3D rendering was spot on- so you can truly see your design before any work is started and make any changes you desire. I really thought the process would be a giant mess- but their team kept everything very organized. Now we have paradise right at home - no need to travel!
