BEWARE of shady owner Pedram. I was contacted by Pedram to come out and provide an estimate for a concrete project he claimed he needed help with and wanted to save money on. During the conversation, he repeatedly pressured us to match a very low price per square foot that he expected us to accept. When we explained that we could not complete the project at that price while maintaining proper standards and quality, he quickly became hostile. I was contacted by Pedram for a concrete project estimate. He strongly pressured us to match an unusually low price per square foot. We explained we could not complete the work to proper quality standards at that rate. When we declined, he became agitated and asked us to leave the property, which we did immediately. He then followed us, continued to harass us, and took photos of me and my vehicle (including the license plate). We did not perform any work for him. Potential customers should be aware of this interaction when considering hiring him for pool or concrete projects.
