I highly recommend Leak Hunters if you have a pool leak. He is on time, very knowledgeable about pools and issues regarding leaks. He is honest and targets the leak with what is necessary. He will not go to the most expensive testing unless he has ruled out other possibilities. In my case he did not have to. He had to come back to my house because of the company I hired to fix the pool did not repair the leak properly. Alex showed me with dye where the leak was. I appreciate his expertise, honesty, and him showing up on time.

I recently had a water bill that was 26,000 more gallons than the previous month. With no visible leaks on the property, the pool became the primary suspect. Alex is incredible. Really! We were super frustrated to have a leak in our pool and watched our water usage skyrocket. I hate wasting water, especially here in Arizona! He answers immediately or calls back right away and he was able to talk me through exactly what the issue was and found it almost immediately when he came out. He had even more recommendations on how to ensure our pool was running at optimal levels, as we had some bubbles in our return line. He talked through how to adjust that as well. If I could give Alex 100 stars I would. I called Leak Hunters after struggling and failing to get service from another company. He came to my door about half an hour after I told him my story mostly out of indignant frustration. He tested my pool for leaks on the spot and charged me a third less than the other company for it. He gave me further information on how to properly manage my pool and some basic information on how the systems work and why. I am incredibly grateful for his willingness to help me at such short notice. I will definitely be calling again if I need more help.

I highly recommend Alex if you have a pool leak concern. He was so knowledgeable about pools, he knew what my issue was without even having to do the leak detection (which was not the issue in my case). Not only did he come out in a timely manner, but he did not charge me at all since he knew it was a leak problem. I appreciated that a lot, especially because in order to get my issue resolved it will cost a bit. Thank you Alex!
