I am glad that I chose to go with this company. Great to work with! They were able to get my liner replaced quicker than the several other companies I reached out to. They did a great job measuring so installing went super smooth. Their communication and followthrough was great. Once all the water got back in, they came back out a couple times. Once to make sure everything was looking snug. Another time to secure a corner that had come off the track and address a light plate. I have a beast of a pool so it was not an easy job!

Shortly after moving into our home, we kept seeing the water line move down and down each day and determined there must be a leak somewhere in the pool. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and end result from Leaks and Liners! We called many places for quotes on a new liner and as soon as I met Tyler, I knew he was genuine and honest. He was patient with me and understood my anxiousness to get the new liner in as quickly as possible as summer was slipping away, and he worked as quickly as he could to make that happen - I can say he over delivered! Our experience with Tyler at Leaks and Liners was phenomenal! His communication and customer service is unmatched. He kept us up to date along the way, made sure to walk us through the entire process, and delivered on his promises! He and his team even worked an entire day in the rain to make sure we were up and going by the weekend. This company completed ghosted me. I reached out to Tyler for a leak inspection and pool remodeling quote. I gave approval to move forward with the full pool remodel and then never heard from anybody ever again. I emailed, texted, left voicemails and have never gotten any response. Poor communication and customer service. Have taken my business elsewhere.
