He may respond to your call/text but it’s impossible to get him to schedule with you. He will respond saying “I’ll let you know in the morning” or “I’ll check weather and get back to you” but you will never hear from him. I’ve tried for months this year and months last year. Last year I got him to come once and he complained about his job so much it was uncomfortable. When he does agree to come, he doesn’t show. Most recently I was on the schedule and when he didn’t show I reached out to see if he was still coming he said he “probably next week. Stopped at another job need to get extra”. The w…

Well I can't say much for the service because I'm still waiting for him to get back to me from Spring and its Fall! The two times that I did talk to him he seemed pissed that I called for service. I bought this house in 2020 and the hot tub was included and had his number on the breaker so obviously I called him to service it. Yeah I'm going to take the hint that he doesn't want my business!

Absolutely love Ron and his brother Terry. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We have endured many trials and tribulations with our pool and spa and Ron and Terry have always been prompt and spearheaded a solution to each issue to enable our family to enjoy our little piece of paradise in our backyard. I highly recommended Leisure Unlimited, Inc.

Outstanding! These negative reviews here are probably way off base and written by miserable people. Ron was outstanding,knowledgeable,on-time,courteous and straight forward in fact if I ever need help with my pool I found the guy. Ron fixed my hot tub in 25 minutes. Best 128.00 I have ever spent.

Spoke with Ron about starting service on my pool and then never heard back. He gave me his cell number to contact him. Called and texted cell and business. Sounds unreliable to me! and texted him
