I waited a full year before writing this review, and I’m glad I did. We met with several companies before starting our project, and choosing this team was absolutely the right decision. Joe, Brandt and team are all down to earth and their goal is to deliver a great pool! From design to permitting to construction, everything went smoothly and was completed on time. A year later, we just opened the pool for the season and had our first swim—and everything is still perfect. We highly recommend them!

Please forgive the lengthy review, but I've detailed my POSITIVE experience with Lewis Aquatech (LA) below: Project: We contracted with LA to build a pool and spa, as well as hardscape our backyard. Our pool is 14x30, and our spa has 8-person capacity and "Waterfalls" in to our pool. The stone we chose was travertine, and we partnered with LA on some lighting design. From the get go, their architect (Besim) had a clear vision of what our yard could look like. Lewis Aquatech designed and built our pool. I have recommended them wholeheartedly to friends who are looking for a pool builder. They provide the best quality product and design, and have worked on the surrounding landscape to fit flawlessly. What I will add is that their maintenance is also what separates them from their competitors. The regular maintenance crew is always on time, the same people are always there, they are knowledgeable and they leave the place absolutely spotless. Great design but horrible service. Lewis Aquatech - designed and build our pool about 4 years ago. They did a nice job with the design and build of our pool and backyard but their service has been horrible. They warranty their work for 2 years and it has been 3 years and they have still not taken care of issues covered under the warranty. I used to get responses initially saying they will schedule soon and now no one bothers to even respond. If you chose to do business with them ensure either penalty clauses are in the contract or hold back final payment until the end of the warranty term if y…

We contracted with Lewis Aquatech in 1998 to design and build a magnificent negative edge pool on a stunning site in McLean overlooking the Potomac River. Their design was beautiful, their price was competitive and their references were strong so we selected them to build and maintain our pool. I believe in my last post on Lewis Aquatech (some years ago), I strongly concurred with all of the 5 Star Ratings and strong words of gratitude for their high level of customer satisfaction and our great overall experience with L.A. I saw the reviews and a friend of mine recommended this place so I decided to give them a call. Very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Jodie came out and looked at my existing pool that needs a makeover. She sent an email with a proposal thereafter. Wasn’t very impressed with the proposal. One would expect a professional proposal when spending $150k-$200k. I received a proposal with a few pictures of what my pool may look like. Our Clifton swimming pool equipment (filter pump and booster pump) required replacement on 13 June 2022, and Dave Cox, Alfredo and Jose were outstanding in their prompt responsiveness, customer service, and efficiency--they were all enormously kind and gracious, too! Our pool is up and running, and sparkling clear thanks to them! I would highly recommend Lewis Aquatech--they are true professionals--demonstrating spectacular, and rare qualities these days!
