Madison & Brian did a great job for us, and I would use them again in a heart beat! Here is why: We've owned a couple homes over the last couple decades, and we have used a few different pool builders each time. Most recently with Brian & Madison of Lifestyle Fiberglasss Pools to install a reallly great Viking Brand Fiberglass Pool & Spa - see my photos of how nice this one turned out. We talked to Madison about the cracks and tripping hazard. They came out to take a look and said that their cement man will take a look. He came out and said that he can repair it. He tried to fix the tripping hazard but it’s still there. So he said we would have to pay for the repairs on the cement so we worked out an agreement were I would pay half and lifestyle fiberglass pool would take care of the other half. It’s been over 8 months now and we still haven’t heard from anyone.

Hands down the worst pool company I dealt with during my time evaluating pool construction companies. I worked with Madison, their coordinator. She was initially responsive, but quickly became short, rude, and mostly unavailable. Communication fell off entirely, and it became clear that once they have your initial interest, they don’t feel the need to maintain even basic professionalism. I hope by writing this review, we save others from the nightmare of working with Brian and Madison from Lifestyle Pools. They have been dishonest, argumentative, and installed our heater and equipment incorrectly refusing to fix it. We withheld 8k that we owed them, telling them once they come back to fix the heater and equipment, we would happily pay them. We offered to put the money into an escrow account to keep it safe and neutral, and they refused, would not come back to fix anything, and sent us to collections.
