They did a great job with my bean shaped pool! Very hard pool to measure and they got it perfect. Good group of guys and very professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY POOL RELATED ISSUES! We contacted this company to replace the ripped liner in our in-ground pool, and the process was a hassle to say the least! After putting nearly $2000 down, the company failed to ever make contact with us regarding our installation date and would never answer the phone when contacted. These individuals gave us a guaranteed date of installation, though never even called the day prior to confirm anything. When we finally got in contact with them, the lady on the phone could not handle a concerned customer as she acted as if it was not her prob…

Well, I have had issues with my pool water turning green. I have been here twice for water testing but results said all was ok. A few levels were a bit low. I told them it was green and showed a picture of my pool. They seemed stumped. I was ready to give up and drain it. I went out on my own and it seems to be getting better. Tried to have the water tested again today. I got there at 2:47pm. They stop testing water at 2:45pm. I had to take a breath and walk away. I'm not sure this establishment is capable of serving my needs. Thank the good Lord for giving me strength and patience today.

This company does not stand behind their work. The last several years they have closed our pool. The last two we have had major issues. In 2017our pipes at the pump froze and busted because Phil did not close the pool correctly. In 2018 we have two cracked returns. Phil could not figure out where our pool was leaking so we had to hire a professional leak expert. He found the issue in 5 minutes. I would be very careful hiring this company to do any pool work for me. Is they dont do it right they will take no accountability.

Ordered a new inground pool liner in Dec 2021. After many inquires and store visits they came in April to measure. After more calls, they said they would install June 15. Drain the pool 100%, cut the old liner if needed to get 100% dry. June 15 they didn't show. Called, they said they never ordered the liner. 2022 Pool season is lost. Their answer, well we have a lot of work......... The only way they will see me again is if my drained pool collapses and that will be in court.

This place is crazy called to have my pool cleaned $400 ok that’s fine nope that’s a lie they charge you $300 the dump chemicals in your pool and leave $100 for the chemicals are you trying to get over on people just to dump the chemicals then I still needed $1000 in chemicals that you recommend and didn’t work trash place
