Had an issue with our pool filtration system. Sam answered my call immediately and arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made the necessary repairs. He even went the extra mile fully flushing out the entire system. Running like new again! Sam was very professional, personable, and honest. I will always use LowCountry Inground Pool Services for all my pool needs and highly recommend them to everyone!

As an individual that works directly with the public. Just as much as Sam does, I would highly recommend this gentleman. He is very honest. He was very punctual on all the days that he had to show up. And he did a fantastic job for the best price. I could get around the area 100%. Sam answered my call promptly and came out the same day for an estimate to replace our sand filter. He was knowledgeable and professional while being personable! He patiently explained the pros and cons of the equipment choices. Install of the new filter was just completed and I couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to getting a salt system installed soon. Very happy with finding our new pool guy!

Sam was quick to return my e-mail inquiring sheduling a service call. He came the next morning, and diagnosed/fixed the issue promptly! Very affordable and fair price. I would highly recommend Sam for any of your pool servicing needs!

Sam was great! He was able to fit me in the same day I called about a leak in my pipes going into my pump. We did run into some issues because piping was not laid correctly to begin with. He fixed the issue I called about and fixed the pipe that was not put in correctly more than 20 years ago. If you are looking for an honest, hard working individual with fair prices call Sam!!
