We purchased a new construction spec home in August 2024 with the pool built and maintained by Lowcountry Pool House. Over the past year, we have been extremely pleased with the service through Lowcountry Pool House. The maintenance team for this pool is excellent. We’ve worked with both Eston and now Rob and both are great at keeping our pool in top condition. And they are very friendly and knowledgable! Our pool has had multiple issues over the years. They are usually pretty good about fixing the issues but after so many problems I feel something is wrong with our pool. I called in to get our chiller working this summer and now it’s October and chiller hasn’t work all summer, heater doesn’t work either and now is like to use that , I haven’t been able to use the online feature for months and they are saying I need an $800 router. Something is leaking into our pool and after many filter breakdowns it’s still not resolved. Management came to my house Monday to look into it and now it’s Friday …

Lowcountry has serviced our IoP pool for several years, including resurfacing. Everything has gone great. In particular, we've appreciated their staff. Everyone has been informative, responsive, and most importantly, nice.

I have been asking for a pool house quote since October. At that time, I was told they are booked until December. I wanted until January to get an update. January 11th, I email and called. This time I was told boss is out of town and they will call me next week. Well it's January 31st. Just say you don't want the job and stop wasting peoples time.
