I don't ever leave reviews, but these folks are so worthy of 5 stars I couldn't resist this post. We shopped every store in a 100 mile radius of our house for a perfect hot tub coupled with great service, and were completely at odds until we arrived at Luther Stem. Hands-down the most knowledgeable staff we met during our search. Dannie was the best, and answered every question we had, and we had many! Fast service, helpful technicians! We have now had Luther Stem install a new liner for our pool after it floated and became a terrible eyesore. They have also serviced/repaired our pool pump and sump pump. They respond quickly and are so informative. Derick was very helpful and full of good information. Highly recommend!

Five out of five stars! This was the most professional and thorough pool opening I’ve experienced with any pool company I’ve ever used. The team took the time to explain proper water levels and ensured all the equipment was up and running perfectly. Outstanding service from start to finish—highly recommended!
