From our first stop at the Conway store to one year later with our newly installed Caldera hot tub, our experience with the entire staff has been excellent. From the owners to the showroom floor associate to the maintenance technicians who came and set the spa up, we experienced nothing but professional friendly individuals who were helpful to us in all areas. Best of all I know that at anytime in the future I can promptly get whatever service or supplies I might need from them rather than searching the yellow pages for some fly by night hot tub technician that doesn’t have the right parts or …

I can't say enough good stuff about this company. The Lawson family and their staff were great to work with from the design phase, to the completed installation of our new pool. The entire process was fast, and everything that they said they were going to do was done, and done well. Anytime I made a request, I was met with a can do/will do response. We are very happy and will recommend Luxury Pool & Spa to everyone in the market for a new pool.

was trying to set up a time for them to come out to look at my pool and they acted like they were better then me nor have the time to work with with me and just gave me the cold shoulder very bad customer service I would not recommend them to no one

I can’t stress enough how Luxury Pool and Spa was the right decision for us. There are many pool builders in Central Arkansas, and you can get deals on hot tubs/spas just about anywhere you look. Jeremy, Shane, and team are top notch. They have figured out the customer service and support side of the business through and through. We’ve had a few minor issues (pressure valve broke on the pool filter and battery died on the hot tub controller after a year and a half). Jeremy had both of them replaced in less than a day when all I did was text him and ask “is this normal and what I needed to do”.…
