Victor did a great job repairing our hot tub. I contacted him for this issue, he promptly returned my call and came out to diagnosis the problem. After getting the parts ordered and shipped in, he was able to get our 21 year old "vintage" hot tub working like new! I will call him again for any future needs. I highly recommend him...thanks again Victor.

Victor did an amazing job cleaning up and servicing our hot tub. It looks brand new. He is a really nice man and taught me a lot about my hot tub. He was not in any rush and explained everything I would highly recommend him.

Victor with MAKR is excellent!! I called him to diagnose my hot tub problems and he came that afternoon FROM AN APPOINTMENT IN CHARLOTTE! Through the repair process he was very communicative, responsive, and even came on the weekend to make the final repair. Victor is the guy!!

Victor was very helpful fixing our hot tub when our other guy dropped the ball. We are in Weaverville, North Carolina and he was able to schedule and keep his appointment and was very timely and efficient! We will definitely use him again if we need to!

Called so many places that didn't work on hot tubs, out of service area or didn't return my call. Called MAKR returned call promptly and was able to come out the same day. Part came in and I was back in my hot tub in a few days! Throughly explained issue and cost of repair. Definitely recommend and added number to my contacts 👍

Shoe maker quality. Victor installed a salt cell between our skimmer and water pump last year, we didn't know any better, they are suppose to be the professionals. Our pump motor burned out by the end of the season due to this. Needlessly costing us a new pump plus labor. I've contacted them numerous times and also left messages. It's been months since I left my last voicemail and they still haven't responded. I now use Isaacs Pools & Spas

Victor and his team are true professionals that are reliable, communicative, and creative. They were always on time, very responsive, and did a great job with zero fuss or issues. I can't recommend MAKR LLC enough - very impressive. They did a very large concrete pad for us and a walkway. I also got several quotes and I thought their price was fair and reasonable compared to some that were outrageous.
